Chief, Remuneration Business Segment at Elvaridah Limited in Lagos

Position Overview 

The Chief, Remuneration Business Segment is in charge of conceptualizing and carrying out plans that improve remuneration account purchase, deposit growth, and credit initiatives for salaried employees.  The position concentrates on smooth remuneration processing, wage processing strategic collaborations, and financial goods tailored for employees.

Duties

• Formulate and implement programs to grow the remuneration business segment and improve customer experience.
• Lead the purchase of new remuneration accounts and ensure smooth remuneration processing.
• Execute plans to grow new deposits and loan disbursements inside the segment. 
• Build and sustain relationships with corporate entities to coordinate wage processing account orientation. 
• Improve product offerings, which includes remuneration improvements, credit initiatives, and savings strategies for salaried employees. 
• Work alongside promotion and digital teams to lead targeted marketing for remuneration earners. 
• Ensure high active remuneration accounts ratio and track wage processing strategic collaborations' success. 
• Ensure adherence with compliance obligations and internal financial rules.

• Number of Remuneration Accounts Started: 20,000
• Active Remuneration Accounts Ratio: 90%
• Wage processing Strategic collaborations Signed: 200.

Credentials

• Bsc in Banking, Finance, Business Management, or a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 10 years of expertise in in-store banking, remuneration processing, or financial product management, with a minimum of 5 years in a executive function.
• Solid understanding of wage processing processing, corporate banking connections, and lending initiatives.
• Exhibited capability to lead customer conversion and deposit mobilization.
• Outstanding connection management, bargain, and management abilities.
