Feature lead at Mintyn Digital Bank in Lagos

About the Position

We’re seeking a Feature lead (Mid–Advanced position) with robust expertise building and scaling digital goods—preferably within financial technology or technology-enabled solutions. You’ll head the comprehensive product lifecycle, from analysis and ideation to initiate and iteration, operating closely with Engineering, Design, Processes, and the Top management.

Primary duties

• Own and lead the product roadmap in alignment with organisation targets.
• Carry out user analysis and data evaluation to guide product decisions.
• Convert business needs into clear product qualifications and user narratives.
• Work alongside cross-operational teams to supply high-effect capabilities on time.
• Track product effectiveness and constantly enhance based on response and indicators.
• Convey product aspiration, status reports, and achievements to participants.
• Advocate UX and ensure the client remains at the center of everything.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of product leadership background in technology or financial technology companies.
• Robust logical, issue resolution, and verbal abilities.
• Demonstrated achievement coordinating sophisticated goods or channels.
• Expertise with Nimble structured approaches and resources (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Understanding with digital banking, payments, or financial goods or blockchain is a key plus.
• High Adaptive schedule is key
