Receivable Evaluator at Design Union Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

• Routine supervising and status updates of organisation-wide outstanding invoices.
• Routine check in on all amounts receivable with customers.
• Organize all bills to customers at once for all finished roles/supplies, not later than 2 operating days of roles finished/goods are fulfilled.
• Organize all bills to customers promptly, as per agreement conditions and timing for all roles / accepted mile stones not later than the bill due dates
• Every month, resolve the trade outstanding invoices ledger with the general ledger regulate account and send current statement of liabilities to clients.
• Every month, Every quarter and at End of year, organize and process accruals in the financial platform for all expenses, bills and invoices, which possess not yet been paid.
• Concerns payment receipts and acknowledgements for all inflows from all borrowers, subscribers, and other categories of customers.
• Project setup of organisation-wide liquidity projection. That is, interfacing with all general managers to making sure that the anticipated outstanding invoices for the week are properly captured in the projection. This will be delivered at on a weekly basis management sessions by the GM Finance
