Duties

• Safely operate and preserve organisation vehicles in adherence with local and international traffic rules.
• Transport goods, tools, and staff to and from specified sites in a prompt and productive manner.
• Execute vehicle inspections and basic servicing & maintenance, status updates any concerns promptly.
• Strategy and follow the top-performing routes for each trip to guarantee on-time dispatch.
• Load and unload goods or tools as needed, making sure their safe managing and secure storage.
• Offer a high level of client support and competence when interacting with customers and teammates.
• Keep precise records of mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle servicing & maintenance.
• Preserve cleanliness and orderliness of organisation vehicles.
• Make sure that all necessary vehicle documents, which includes permits, coverage, and registration, are current and valid.
• Help in the company of transportation plans and synchronization with logistics teams.
• Documentation any accidents, injuries, or traffic violations and collaborate with organisation and law enforcement governing bodies.
• Follow organisation rules and standard procedures on vehicle use and code of carry out.
• Work alongside logistics & supply teams to enhance transportation standardized processes.
• Stay informed on local traffic and road terms that may affect transportation plans.
