Role summary

• We are seeking a innovative, structured, and digitally-savvy Social platforms Handler to head our corporate identity presence across channels.
• You’ll oversee, grow, and engage StayAssist’s group by telling genuine stories, supporting listings, highlighting local gems, and pushing audience trust and commitment.
• You’ll be the corporate identity’s storyteller, content architect, and relation engine.

Public involvement:

Take action promptly to DMs, comments, and user queries. Track conversations, mentions, and hashtags to take part in applicable discussions and enhance community media.

Growth & Data analysis:

• Track and evaluate key indicators (relation, reach, clicks, switches) using data analysis resources.
• Run strategic trials and A/B tests to enhance content performance and audience relation.
• Suggest growth plans which includes influencer alliances, giveaways, and paid boosts.

Local Culture Consolidation:

Bring to attention city-specific local events, dining spots, and hidden gems that StayAssist travelers would love. Stay updated with local practices, commute seasons, and cultural moments for prompt content.
