Digital Sales & Fulfillment Organizer at Lucky Fibres Limited in Surulere, Lagos

Position Overview

We’re seeking a technology-savvy, energetic, and meticulous individual to join our team as a Digital Sales & Fulfillment Organizer. This position is ideal for someone who comprehends how online orders work, can navigate various social platforms channels, organize with the fulfillment team, and engage directly with clients to guarantee a smooth comprehensive e-commerce expertise.

Primary duties

• Organize and oversee online orders from verification to wrapping and dispatch.
• Organize with the team organizing orders and guarantee promptness dispatch of items.
• Address client questions through email, phone calls, or chat, addressing basic matters or escalating as needed.
• Send order confirmations and dispatch status reports through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or calls.
• Preserve precise records of orders, inventory levels, and dispatch status.
• Use social platforms channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) to assist order flow and information exchange.
• Help in uploading goods to the e-commerce on-site (images, prices, basic summaries).
• Manage simple managerial obligations which includes email information exchange, light inventory checks, and client response tracking.
• Track comments and DMs on social media and flag or address client questions.

Qualifications

• At least OND or Bsc.
• A minimum of 1 year of expertise in client support, e-commerce, or sales assist.
• Robust understanding with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, or online closing sales channels.
• Must be digitally smart and structured — capable to track orders and edit records without confusion.
• Effective communication competencies — capable to send basic emails, make client engagement calls, and compose simple messages to clients.
• Must be initiative-driven, efficient-moving, and initiatives-oriented..
