Top level Officer, Facility at EHA Clinics in Maiduguri, Borno

Purpose Goal 

The Processes Facilities unit delivers technical and programmatic aid offerings in the zones of Facility & Safety Management, External Facility Management, IT, Fleet Management and growth Project coordination which is critical to delivering the company’s purpose through capacity planning, synchronization, and management to assist the company's within and outside the organization participants.  The top level officer facility aids the facility organizer to strategize direct, organize, and regulate all facility servicing & maintenance. The position ensures proper safety, sanitation, and mechanical processes for the facility which includes; grounds and tools. ​

Relation:

• Inform team on concerns which effect on the facility/machines and methods to meet established quality requirements/guidelines.
• Oversight of vendors during servicing & maintenance works
• Liaise with other teams to collect data applicable to assist the work resources and appliances.

Dispatch:

• Observes facility inventory and inventory level for replenishment.
• Preserve thorough expertise in and track proper tools use. Helps in making sure compliance to Standard operating standardized processes (SOPs) of the department and Company at large.
• Participated in asset tagging and logistics processes.

Targeted Expert Expertise 

• At least Bsc in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Management or any relevant field
• A minimum of one year post-service experience-associated expertise
• Competence in Google Suite.
• Expertise in project and assignment admin systems is a plus.

Keep current possessing applicable medical analysis, tech, and evidence-based medical practice by participating ongoing education courses and specialist sessions, reading transaction entries, etc. Analysis unusual symptoms and treatment options, through meeting with physicians and other medical specialists.
