Position Overview

Applies obtained position competencies to operate on duty that are semi-standard procedure in nature. Concentration is on semi-standard procedure duty within standard operating standardized processes. Aids the entire team.

System setups:

Rack and stack semi-standard procedure client tools tickets.Aids intra-cage structure system setups in accordance with the standard operating standardized processes of semi-standard procedure client installs, which may comprise of: fiber trays, ladder racks, client tools and cabinets; semi-basic cage installs for mesh and overhead cable trays; and, executes tape modifications and standard operating back-up modifications.

Cross-Link:

• Aids semi-standard procedure datacenter standard operating cross-link work order requests (installs, terminations, modifications, and running test)
• Ensures the standard operating standardized processes are followed on cable management of: coax, fiber, twisted pair copper, and semi-standard procedure intra-building cross links
• Learns to install 'across' link circuits (switched, multiplexed, etc.), with guidance.

Participant Collaboration:

Aids the processes and security staff team for breaks or additional tasks, as required Aids standard operating procedural duty delivers back-up support to team members as required.

Client Management:

• Aids client fulfillment with prompt compliance to following semi-standard procedure implementation order qualifications
• Supplies a high level of service and an outstanding customer experience when interfacing with clients
• Delivers assist with time requirements on new deployments and current alterations, in accordance with   standard operating standardized process standard procedures
• Aids clients in-field by through authorization and escorting solutions.

Projects:

• Aids fulfillment of projects that follow standard operating standardized processes; if projects diverge from standard standardized processes, then works with guidance
• Aids vendors on projects
• Aids physical client audits.

Development:

Concludes all allocated development without delay May offer assistance to new recruits.

Credentials

Typically requires a secondary school certificate and proven years of equivalent work expertise.
