Duties

• Responsibly for the management and servicing & maintenance of network, Hardware, Software and all other IT tools
• File incoming assist requests from final users through both telephone and e-mail in a courteous manner.

• Submit application diagnostic utilities to assist in diagnosing issues.

• Recognize and learn suitable software & hardware used and helped by the company.
• Execute practical fixes at the desktop level, which includes installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, executing file backups, and arranging operational structures and applications.

• Install anti-virus software.
• Executing preventative servicing & maintenance, which includes checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals on a every month basis (monthly summary of the work done provided to the Information technology manager)
• Organize the Projector and other visual communication materials for quality demonstrations.
• Test fixes to guarantee issue possesses been adequately settled.
• Execute post-solution follow-ups to assist requests.
• Formulate assist sheets and commonly inquired questions lists for final users.
• Commute to on-site workspaces whenever there is a need to and settle concerns independently as much as can be accomplished.
• Send a on a weekly basis Status documentation and Time Sheet to IT systems support Consultant (Manager)/ Human resources.
• Capability to commute 40% of the time to various state workspaces.

Credentials

• Academic qualification in Information Tech or Computer Science.
• 3 years’ expertise operating in a similar position
• Expertise in managerial and clerical standardized processes
• Expertise in computers and applicable software application
• Expertise in client support principles and procedures
• Keyboard competencies
• Logical and versatile method to solving challenges, especially when operating under pressure
• Verbal and documented linguistic ability in English necessary.
• MSCE, N+ or A+, Cisco certified network associate (recognized benchmark professional certification)
• Capability to operate a switchboard
• Exceptional people skills
• Must have a user first mentality
• Expertise with Google Apps
