We are looking for a devoted and meticulous Regulatory affairs officer to join our team. The preferred candidate will assist our compliance-related initiatives to guarantee full adherence with all governance policies and guidelines.

Key Effectiveness Zones:

• Support to the project setup and entry of applications, documentation, and correspondence to compliance-related agencies.
• Offer prompt and precise responses to compliance-related agencies regarding product information or concerns.
• Evaluate entry materials to guarantee timeliness, precision, comprehensiveness, and adherence with compliance guidelines.
• Evaluate marketing materials, outlining helps, information leaflets, and wrapping artworks to guarantee they meet compliance-related agency qualifications.
• Convey compliance-related concerns productively with management and other participants and help in structuring suitable responses.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to guarantee that necessary licenses, permits, and certifications are current and accessible.
• Support to initiatives which includes audits, compliance-related agency inspections, or product recalls
• Evaluate promotional assets and end-user guides to guarantee adherence with governance policies.
• Preserve and modify compliance-related databases and tracking operational structures.
