Position Overview

Under the directing of the Director of Information exchange Keep data structured, safe and accessible is the main assignment. This includes preserving paper files, electronic files, or even databases. Inputting, arranging, and retrieving information from these operational structures.

Position duties

  • Oversee servicing & maintenance of precise information about the ECOWAS Group and its institutions.
  • Oversee data about ECOWAS Fee and other ECOWAS institutions, new purchases which includes documentation, publications, and analysis for cataloguing.
  • Conceptualizes online advisors for easy entry.
  • Oversee the storage, archiving and conceptualizes on- line advisors for retrieval of the Earnings’ documents.
  • Oversee record regulate initiatives by analyzing and editing prior to them being sent to ECOWAS Fee and other ECOWAS institutions and departments or archived.

Essential skills:

  • Capability to head in allocated programs and projects by offering the necessary executive and business needed qualifications for the fulfilment of the company’s mandate (e.g. establish networks and benchmarks).
  • Capability to demonstrate leadership and arrange collaboration to motivate teamwork to attain targeted outcomes, advocate and build momentum for adjustment and to bring about employee relation; conceptualizes and executes internal regulates for aviator Programme to oversee possibility obstacles to execution.
  • Outstanding self-direction competencies, presenting ethics and honesty and reliability and displaying due regards for internal regulates of regulations, representative-groups, and transparency.
  • Capability to bring together complementary competencies/proficiency, evaluate individual payments and identify/handle accomplishments and shortcomings in a manner that brings resumed success to the company.
  • Expertise in programme management at the level usually obtained from a accreditation in programme management (e.g. Coordinating Successful Program (MSP) or Programme Management Specialist PgMP).
  • Capability to analysis benchmarks and practices to bring about the best strategic guidance for the development and advancement of programs/projects that will best serve the group/company.
  • Well-conceptualize relationship building and people skills to request input, information, and data from a network of experts from various countries/sectors/entities and to recognize and prioritize the most critical group qualifications.
  • Capability to oversee and co-ordinate customer management programs (e.g. response loops, surveys, studies, needs evaluations) and make strategic guidance.
  • Capability to formulate and execute industry standards in customer solutions (e.g. dashboards, reward management, response mechanisms).
  • Capability to formulate and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, programs, and programs to acquire buy-in on new programs, to better comprehend dissenting views, to gather materials and to grow perceptions of success.
