Job Description

Tezza Enterprise services is looking for a meticulous and logical Operational Tester to join our QA team.
The preferred candidate will be in charge of verifying organizational needs through systematic running test of software apps.
You will make sure that functionalities execute as anticipated and meet final user needs across both omnichannel platforms channels.

Comprehend and evaluate organizational needs, operational requirements, and user narratives.
Formulate complete test strategies, test scenarios, and test scenarios to confirm system functionalities.
Implement documented guide operational tests on web, desktop, and mobile apps.
Record and documentation faults transparently, and check in with the development team for solution.
Execute regression, smoke, and sanity running test after code modifications or deployments.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to explain qualifications and settle ambiguities.
Engage in sprint organizing, evaluate, and routine stand-ups as part of the Nimble process.
Ensure test coverage across various modules, which includes positive, negative, and edge test scenarios.
Offer input into UAT organizing and assist final user running test as required.
Preserve test recordkeeping and ensure traceability between qualifications and test scenarios.

Bsc in Computer Science, Information Tech, or relevant field.
ISTQB Foundation Level accreditation or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Expertise in API running test using resources like Postman or SoapUI is a plus.
Exposure to test automatic control frameworks (even at a basic level) is a incentive.
