Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and client-friendly Pump Attendant to operate fuel pumps, help clients with fueling their vehicles, and ensure safety and cleanliness at the fueling station. The Pump Attendant is also in charge of processing payments, executing basic vehicle checks, and offering outstanding client support.

Primary duties

• Welcome clients promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Dispense fuel (gasoline, diesel, etc.) into vehicles precisely and safely.
• Check vehicle fluid levels (e.g., oil, coolant, windshield washer) upon request.
• Clean windshields and check tire pressure if necessary.
• Accept payments by cash, card, or mobile method and offer receipts.
• Track and documentation any tools malfunctions or fuel leaks.
• Preserve cleanliness and safety of the pump zone and surrounding station.
• Follow all safety and ecological rules connected with fuel managing.
• Offer details about fuel types, prices, and campaigns to clients.
• Restock inventory which includes windshield washer fluid, paper towels, and gloves.

Credentials

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous expertise in a client support or fueling position is an asset.
• Basic math and verbal abilities.
• Physically suit; capable to stand for long periods and lift light tools.
• Truthful, on time, and reliable.

Operating Terms:

• Outdoor work in various weather terms.
• Rotational schedule, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Exposure to gasoline, diesel fumes, and cleaning chemicals.
