Position Overview

Particularly, a Room maintenance services Attendant will execute the items listed duty to the highest guidelines: As Room maintenance services Attendant, you will assist the Room maintenance services and Laundry team in all components by entrusting the daily initiatives of Room maintenance services and Laundry inside the hotel.

Duties What will I be doing?

• Ensure repeatedly high operating guidelines in every zone of Room maintenance services and Laundry, as recognized by the hotel corporate identity guidelines
• Track the appearance, guidelines, and effectiveness of all Room maintenance services and Laundry Team Members with an emphasis on development and collaboration
• Offer outstanding visitor service
• Actively works on the accessibility and release of Guest accommodations for Visitor Service, along with Floor Room maintenance services Oversight
• Supervises the regulates of the Room maintenance services department, which includes: frequency of employees, release of master keys, schedule system issue, input and result input and result standardized and linen, among others
• In charge of checking routine the visitor information in CRM and making sure that the preferences and requests of the same are fulfilled on time
• Request flowers for special occasions (marriage, death, maternity …). Besides offering embroidery for special linen (wedding and pampering)
• Regulate makes the every month Lost and Found, and donations
• Check the uniforms and send them for cleaning and/or fix
• Arranges and regulates all traffic of documents and people inside the department. Does release linen of the Laundry routine
• Makes a routine visitor clothing release for guests who use the laundry service
• Makes every month closing of Laundry expenditures and offering of the same
• Replaces (a) Laundry worker in case of holidays, days off or absences.

Qualifications

Applicants should have at least an SSCE Certification with 4 - 10 years of work expertise.
