Corporate head at Lifted Horizon Nigeria Limited in Ikeja, Lagos

Overview

We are looking for a visionary Corporate head (MD) with a solid experience in BPO (BPO) and a verified ability to head cross-border processes, especially in collaboration with UK-based customers or participants. The MD will be in charge of steering the organization’s organizational approach, optimizing process effectiveness, and pushing long-term development. This position requires a leader with in-depth business findings, a track document of successful external contracting relation, and a worldwide outlook on business development and implementation.

Primary duties

• Offer strategic executive guidance and direction in alignment with board of directors’s aspiration and worldwide enterprise targets.
• Head and oversee the implementation of comprehensive processes with a robust concentration on external contracting models, especially within UK customer collaborations.
• Build and scale external contracting strategic collaborations to supply premium quality solutions and value to international customers.
• Supervise organisation-wide functional performance, making sure KPIs and SLAs are repeatedly met.
• Lead business transformation programs to enhance effectiveness, reduce expenses, and improve service dispatch.
• Work alongside UK-based associates, making sure clear communication, adherence, and cultural alignment.
• Train and supervise unit-specific heads, nurturing a high-effectiveness and responsible executive guidance culture.
• Stand for the organization in high-level talks, customer engagements, and strategic alliances, both locally and internationally.
• Head financial and capacity planning, making sure the accomplishment of income and profit margin targets.
• Advocate the adoption of online platforms and channels to enhance service dispatch and business transparency.
• Ensure legal adherence across markets and oversee business risks proactively.
• Lead ongoing development in every facet of organisation processes and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Credentials

• Bsc in Business, Management, or a relevant field; an Master of business administration or equivalent is highly preferred.
• At least 12 - 15 years of executive-level expertise, with robust competence in external contracting processes and executive guidance in multi-national or cross-border environments.
• Demonstrated expertise coordinating customer connections with UK-based companies or within similar worldwide markets.
• Robust strategic thinking and business executive guidance ability.
• Reliable financial strategic insight with expertise in financial planning, predicting, and P&L monitoring.
• Outstanding information exchange and stakeholder engagement competencies.
