Building Field service engineer - EXPAT at Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited in Alaro City, Lagos

Duties

• Under the general direction of the Building Managers, the Building Field service engineer is accountable for managing and coordinating building initiatives.
• The Building Field service engineer is primarily in charge of concentrating on the technical and engineering components of building projects.
• This position needs a skilled comprehension of building structured approaches and compliance to strategies, requirements and quality indicators while coordinating on-site-level initiatives.

Recordkeeping Management:

• Preserve thorough recordkeeping of routine initiatives, advancement documentation, and site observations to assist project tracking and adherence.
• Organize programme of works, preserve precise records of advancement, expenses, and quality assurance measure.
• Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), NCRs, submittals, and other project-associated documents, making sure prompt responses and solution of queries.

Issue resolution:

Utilize robust analytical abilities to handle technical hurdles encountered in the site, making sure minimal disruption to delivery schedules and targets.

Execution of Directives:

Execute directives and strategies established by the executive team, making sure that on-site initiatives match with the entire project targets and targets.

Other Obligations:

• Jointly engage in on a weekly basis on-site sessions with Building and Dispatch Team and all service providers; checking advancement; expecting future works and possibility interference with the customers;
• Ensure adherence to requested OSHA, and Alaro City’s safety guidelines and documentation all safety risks to the Safety supervisor
• Ensure application and adherence with Group Anti-Corruption and Bribery Regulatory framework, Anti-Money Laundering Regulatory framework, Clean On-site Regulatory framework and Health.
• Ensure thorough execution of Workplace safety and wellness rules in-field at all times.
• Execute other obligations as allocated (i.e., help project development teams and other departments as needed, engage in necessary development as relevant, etc.).
• Execute any other task that may be allocated to you by the management of Alaro City.
