Assistant Business Chief at Ascentech Services Limited in Ikeja, Lagos

Position Overview

We are recruiting a strategic and skilled Assistant Business Chief to supervise organizational processes, lead profit margin, and expand market distribute in the Cereal and Food Goods segment (Milling, Pasta, Baking Initiatives, Expertise, and B2C Goods). The preferred candidate will head cross-operational teams, oversee financials, and build robust customer and market connections.

Primary duties Plan & Growth:

• Formulate and implement business strategies attentive on profit margin and ROI
• Expand into new markets across Nigeria and West Africa
• Evaluate practices, contest, and demographic changes to recognize avenues
• Business & Team lead
• Supervise day-to-day activities and cross-operational partnership
• Head effectiveness assessments, employees mentoring, and recruiting programs
• Advance a high-effectiveness, collaborative culture

Sales & Finance Management:

• Set and oversee revenue goals by product/region
• Assist distributor and vendor network growth
• Track cost systems, profit margin, and stock organizing
• Organize financial plans, P&L statements, and money movement projections

Status updates & Adherence:

• Guarantee promptness and precise MIS status updates
• Participate relationship building and industry events for visibility
• Uphold organisation rules and ethical business procedures

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in top level sales / business development positions (Cereal/FMCG preferred)
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and critical thinking
• Skilled in Office productivity software resources (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Launch to relocation or commute within Nigeria/West Africa as needed.
