Job Description

As part of its planned expansion and operations excellency schedule, the company is looking for a seasoned specialist
The Group Chief, Technical Service Processes, will head the development and enforcement of engineering and servicing & maintenance guidelines across the group.
This position is central to making sure technical superiority, asset reliability, and the adoption of creative technical solutions

Establish and ensure adherence to engineering, Quality assurance/Quality control, and servicing & maintenance guidelines across all operating operational structures.
Offer specialist IT assistance and settle sophisticated engineering hurdles.
Foster creativity and the adoption of new technical solutions to improve process effectiveness.
Supervise the effectiveness and servicing & maintenance of critical assets and specialised plants.
Build and head a top-performing engineering support solutions team and promote cross-operational partnership.

Bsc in Engineering; Master of business administration or Master’s in Engineering/Management is a plus.
Specialist membership in Engineering (COREN or NSE) is essential.
Applicable specialist qualifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CMMS accreditation).
At least 12 years’ expertise in engineering and engineering guidance positions, with a minimum of 5 years in top level management.
Robust competence in Quality assurance/Quality control operational structures, servicing & maintenance plans, and resource control.
Established history of top creative invention and pushing technical superiority across various sites.
