Role summary
- Physically tag, engrave, or label all organisation assets using suitable methods (documented guide or electronic engravers, labeling machines, etc.)
- Allocate unique asset recognition numbers in accordance with organisation asset classification guidelines
- Preserve precise records of tagged and engraved assets, which includes asset type, site, serial numbers, and allocated codesAssist the resource control team in checking and adjusting asset records with physical stock.
- Organize with various departments to guarantee newly obtained assets are properly tagged and documented before deploying.
Qualifications
- At least OND in a Technical or Managerial site; a Academic qualification in Logistics, Business Management, or associated discipline is a plus
- A minimum of 1–2 years’ expertise in asset tagging, stock regulate, warehousing, or a relevant field
- Practical experience with labeling and engraving tools is a plus.
- May engage lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Occasional work in stores, warehouse and Processes workshop in Base 1 and WCD.
- Use of hand resources and engraving tools is essential.
