Customer service rep at LD&D Consulting in Gwarimpa, Abuja

Position Overview

We are looking for a initiative-driven and service-oriented Customer service rep with 1–3 years of expertise in the sales and assist of solar energy and Closed-circuit television surveillance goods. The preferred candidate will be in charge of managing client questions, supporting goods, processing orders, and making sure client fulfillment throughout the sales process.

Primary duties

• Address client questions through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person at the showroom.
• Offer precise product information and technical direction on solar and Closed-circuit television operational structures.
• Help clients in selecting appropriate goods based on their needs and financial plan.
• Organize and check in on quotations, bills, and dispatch plans.
• Preserve proper recordkeeping of sales financial record and client records.
• Work alongside the sales and technical teams to guarantee smooth product dispatch and installation.
• Oversee client service issues or concerns productively and competently.
• Preserve a clean and structured client support zone/showroom.
• Upsell and cross-sell associated goods and solutions to grow income.
• Engage in periodic inventory counts and offer input on client practices.

Qualifications

• OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in Business Management, Promotion, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 1 - 3 years of related experience in client support or sales, ideally in solar and Closed-circuit television goods.
• Good expertise in solar operational structures, batteries, inverters, Closed-circuit television kits, and accessories.
• Clear expression and people skills.
• Skilled in Office productivity software (Word, Excel), and basic CRM resources.
• Task juggling skill, prioritize, and organize schedule productively.
• Required location or be open to relocation to Abuja.
