Position Overview

We are looking for for highly certified Business promotion & sales officersto join our team and take charge of monitoring both our Sales and Business Development financial record/initiatives, at our esteemed Asaba branch Delta State. As the officer, you will play a pivotal position in pushing income increase and expanding our market base

Duties

• Supervise and oversee the initiatives of the Business promotion & sales team to guarantee alignment with organisation targets and targets.
• Formulate and execute strategic business promotion & sales strategies to generate income growth and market penetration.
• Head the development and implementation of creative promotional initiatives to advance our goods and solutions productively.
• Team up with the Sales and Processes Teams to recognize new commercial opportunities, bargain agreements, and close agreements.
• Evaluate industry trends, client needs, and rival initiatives to recognize zones for advancement and growth.
• Track and assess the effectiveness of business promotion & sales programs, making strategic guidance for optimization as needed.
• Build and preserve solid connections with key customers, associates, and participants to lead business expansion and client fulfillment.
• Stay informed on industry progress updates, industry standards, and emerging practices to guide strategic strategic judgment.

Qualifications

• At least academic certification of Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with a robust preference for a MSC in Business Management, Promotion, or a relevant field.
• At least 2-5 years of expertise in business promotion & sales positions, with a established history of success in pushing income increase and business development.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and community-related intelligence, with the capability to productively convey and work alongside multicultural teams and participants.
• Outstanding command of English, both documented and verbal, with robust visual communication and bargaining ability.
• Valid driver's permit with a good pushing document, and thorough expertise in the road network in Lagos.
• Competence in social platforms channels and digital promotion plans.
• Robust critical thinking and strategic thinking capabilities. Outcomes-driven mentality with a concentration on delivering targets and exceeding requirements.
• Robust assertive personality with outstanding listening competencies.
