Project Overview

The project is established to strategize finance, supply, operate, and preserve a 71-km highway and up to 700-hectare of reclaimed land and structure development project in Lagos, Nigeria. The estimated building cost is over US$2 billion.

Position Overview

The Head Program and Dispatch Officer (CPDO) will offer strategic monitoring and business management of the program dispatch and business-related processes. This comprises organizing and executing the FIDIC EPC Silver Schedule agreements, making sure risk risk reduction, coordinating expenses, and pushing efficient participant relation to supply the project on time, within financial plan, and to specified quality benchmarks. The preferred candidate will offer strategic dispatch executive guidance, courageous strategic judgment, political & participant diplomacy, business-related bargain (requests & disputes), high honesty and reliability and transparency, adaptability under pressure, and be a robust speaker (Board & external participants).

Risk mitigation strategy:

  • Formulate and execute a complete risk mitigation strategy structure to recognize, evaluate, and minimize risks connected with program and business-related initiatives.
  • Track possibility cost overruns, setbacks, and quality concerns, executing corrective measures promptly.
  • Proactively handle risks specific to the two-stage dispatch process and the FIDIC EPC Silver Schedule qualifications. 

Participant Relation:

  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies, compliance-related governing bodies, service providers, advisors, and other participants to guarantee smooth project implementation.
  • Show program status reports, risks, and advancement documentation to the CEO, Board of Directors, and primary stakeholders.
  • Promote cooperative connections between the LLHL, service providers, and external participants to preserve alignment and reduce disputes.

QA and Adherence:

  • Verify that every works adhere with FIDIC EPC Silver Schedule guidelines, compliance obligations, and international industry standards.
  • Execute quality assurance operational structures to guarantee outputs meet specified technical and business guidelines.
  • Carry out periodic audits and assessments to guarantee compliance to binding obligations.

Team lead and Development:

  • Head and oversee cross-functional teams participated in program dispatch and business-related processes.
  • Build capacity inside the program management and business-related teams, making sure expertise move and competencies development.
