Job Description

We're looking for a Executive manager for Product and Channels Program to supervise the organizing, implementation, and dispatch of sophisticated, cross-operational tech programs.
This position ensures alignment with strategic targets, supervises risks, and leads participant relation across various projects inside the financial technology ecosystem.
The preferred candidate possesses comprehensive programme leadership background, effective guidance competencies, and a strong insight of tech dispatch, which includes APIs, modular, independently deployable services, and digital channels.

Head and oversee various interrelated projects under a unified programme plan.
Establish programme scope, targets, and outputs in partnership with participants.
Formulate and preserve combined programme strategies, timelines, and financial plans.
Track and documentation on programme advancement, risks, and concerns to executive team.
Organize across PMs, product owners, and technical teams.
Guarantee adherence with compliance frameworks and dispatch guidelines.
Coordinate strategic judgment and remove roadblocks to guarantee successful results.
Lead ongoing development and Nimble adoption across dispatch teams.
Oversee vendor connections and third-party dependencies where relevant.

7+ years of expertise in programme or project coordination in a tech or financial technology environment.
Established history of supplying large-scale, multi-stream programs.
Deep knowledge of Nimble, Scrum, and Waterfall structured approaches.
Expertise with APIs, modular, independently deployable services, and digital channels is highly preferred.
Competence in programme admin systems (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure Development-operations).
Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
Robust logical and issue resolution capabilities.
