Executive manager, Business Transformation and Optimization at Teknowledge in Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Overview

We're looking for a Executive manager, Business Transformation and Optimization to head the transformation of IT processes, establish strong methods and resources, and align teams with ITIL industry standards. This position is in charge of making sure smooth IT processes, pushing ongoing development programs, and supplying outstanding customer experience. The preferred candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in IT service processes, corporate scale-up, and tech transformation, with a verified ability to assist Group Financial technology's strategic targets for lucrative growth and operations excellency.

Duties

• Head the transformation of IT processes, making sure alignment with ITIL industry standards.
• Establish and oversee strong methods and resources to improve IT processes.
• Lead ongoing development programs to guarantee smooth IT processes.
• Work alongside cross-operational teams to successfully execute IT processes plans.
• Supervise the recruiting, scaling, and alignment of team members to assist IT processes transformation.
• Formulate and preserve key effectiveness indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of IT processes transformation and automatic control.
• Ensure outstanding client experiences by preserving high guidelines of IT service dispatch.
• Assist Group Financial technology's strategic targets for lucrative growth and upgraded functional performance.
• Establish compliance and status updates mechanisms for IT processes transformation.
• Oversee escalation methods to settle business concerns promptly.
• Own and track financial expenditures connected with IT processes transformation.

Expertise:

• 15+ years of expertise in IT Service Processes and/or Assist processes.
• 10+ years of expertise in tech across Financial technology, financial solutions, coverage, banking, or mobile money.
• 5+ years of expertise in scaling entities and pushing adjustment programs.
• Effective guidance and team leadership abilities.
• Proven competence in submitting application ITIL industry standards to IT processes.
• Expertise in establishing and coordinating IT methods, resources, and KPIs.
• Robust logical and analytical abilities.
• Clear articulation, partnership, and project coordination competencies.
• Service-oriented mentality with dedication to supplying premium quality IT service dispatch.
