Entry-level Treasury Evaluator at PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc in Ilupeju, Lagos

Duties

• Client collection accounts supervising and status updates. Prompt solution of client payment that does not reflect on SAP.
• Payment and settlement of Government/Compliance-related agency payment (Remita) Processing one-off vendors payments.
• Financial matching: Make sure that all ledger bank accounts are precisely and prompt balanced with financial statements. Making sure all financial statements are current in the SAP for smooth routine settlement.
• Make sure that all outstanding reconciliatory items are promptly reported for investigative so that cashbook balances at any point in time convey the essence of Group’s actual role on cash/overdraft balances.
• Check interest, bank fees and LC charges to guarantee that they adhere with the accepted rates with the banks and to submit application for a repayment where the overcharge is recognized.
• Report to higher support tier unresolved concerns to direct supervisor and any applicable authority for further investigative and solution.
• Getting ready on a weekly basis and every month Africa Cash documentation.
• On a weekly basis financing of the various depots’ accounts.
