Position Overview

• We are seeking a agile and service-oriented sales delegate to join our team.
• This position blends traditional sales duties with modern client support.
• The preferred candidate will be in charge of coordinating client questions across our social platforms channels.

Primary duties

• Take action promptly and competently to client questions through email, phone, chat, and social platforms channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Transform social platforms and online questions into sales avenues
• Build and preserve robust client connections to motivate repeat business and client recommendations
• Modify and oversee CRM records to track sales directs and client engagements
• Offer precise product information and help clients in making informed buy decisions
• Work alongside the promotion team to align on advertising marketing and client relation plans
• Track and documentation response, practices, and concerns elevated by clients to the suitable internal teams
• Manage order processing, returns, and after-sales assist where necessary
• Stay current with service understanding and industry trends.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have an OND certification with 1 - 3 years work expertise.

Perks

The base remuneration for this position is N100,000 every month, with total every month income concluded by effectiveness and targets through earnings.
