Position Overview

The Planner is in charge of conceptualizing, coordinating, and optimizing project plans and asset strategies for petroleum sector processes, which includes exploration, drilling, generation, and building. This position make sure that projects are carried out productively, safely, and within financial plan, while meeting all compliance-related and binding qualifications.

Position Description

  • Ensure Invoice of Materials (BOM’s) are linked to tools preventive servicing & maintenance duty. 
  • Help in populating and tracking project servicing & maintenance initiatives in Processes Preparedness Strategy Engage in 3D model, layout, HAZID, HAZOP and LOPA assessments, offering pragmatic input through the lens of organizing, Maintainability outcome to assessment and maintenance technician. 
  • Offer input in the selection, procurement, dispatch, and preservation of spare parts. 
  • Confirm servicing & maintenance position strategies and standardized processes. Ensures accurate work codes and hours are in CMMS covering all necessary trades.
  • Recognize starting tools and materials to buy/inventory to assist servicing & maintenance in addition to ensure Servicing & maintenance Plan is fully operational and tools/ spares are properly recorded. 
  •  Supervises the asset planning and smoothing inside the servicing & maintenance & honesty and reliability of remote marine operations processes. 
  • Engage in the definition of long-term servicing & maintenance organizing (comprises time timetable and assets definition). 
  • Process quality work orders and generate work packs, follow the Work Management system standard, that significantly quality to safe and dependable processes 
  • Arranges short- and medium-term strategies coordinating with with the organization programmatic team. 
  • Proposes status reports on servicing & maintenance standardized process in engagement with Organisation delegates. 
  • Evaluation intervention documentation. 
  • Ensures quality of the servicing & maintenance processes: servicing & maintenance orders, work packs, status updates, SAP data, through KPIs executed 
  • Where necessary, offer remote marine operations support to the FPSO servicing & maintenance teams. 
  • Ensure repairs are properly handled. 
  • Engage to materials inventory evaluate (quality and quantity) 
  • Strategy work order duty by transparently recognizing the work needed and connected tools and materials to finalize the position safely and productively

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of expertise in site of Servicing & maintenance on remote marine operations petroleum sector system setups, with expertise in electrical / instrument / mechanical discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer with Bachelor's degree (A-Levels + 5 years study) or HND qualification or Certification (Higher national diploma / HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
  • Equivalent of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering (2.1),
  • 5 years of general industrial servicing & maintenance, with 5 years task in the oil/gas industry.
  • Skilled/expertise in the craft (static and rotating tools, electricity, instrument),
  • Expertise in CMMS (SAP/Maximo) and Ms office tools
