Overview

Conceptualizes description position strategies for mechanical assets according to turnaround plans and work lists. Conceptualizes site implementation work organizing bundles for mechanical assets engaged in repairs and building of fixed tools, electrical, instrumentation, rotating tools, analyzers, and other associated tools.

• Comprehensive expertise in various mechanical competencies (pipe appropriate, welding, boiler making, electrical, rotating tools, instrumentation, X-ray methods and analysis)
• Skilled in reading mechanical drawings, plans, isometrics, P&IDs
• Capability to comprehend site modifications and red-line drawings
• Capability to organize various mechanical assets according to timetable and strategy
• Good collaboration, people skills, and capability to operate with various workgroups
• Capability to convey quickly and productively
• Moderate abilities in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledgeable about MOC process and PSSR (pre-new venture safety assessments) process
• Basic safety development and/or on-site-specific development
• Show the conviction that accidents are preventable by which includes safety in allocated work initiatives
• Produce and distribute personal safety strategy with work group and ExxonMobil
• Coordinate and engage in safety sessions
• Show comprehension of and confirm adherence with safety guidelines, work procedures, employment authorization qualifications, and various safety operational structures
• Prepared to safely entry site zones to observe work being carried out
• Prepared/suit-tested on usage of SCBA (self-contained breathing apparatus) tools and various respirators as needed
• Prepared in use of standard PPE (hard hat, gloves, eye, and hearing protection)
• Prepared to entry scaffolds and ladders using fall protection PPE as needed
• Prepared in ExxonMobil’s authorizing system and certified to accept position licenses for themselves
• While executing the obligations of this position, the employee is routinely necessary to use hands to finger, manage, or feel and talk or hear.
• The employee often is essential to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee is occasionally necessary to sit.
• The employee must routinely lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, often lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific aspiration abilities necessary by this position comprise of close aspiration.
