Safety Organizer at Prime Atlantic Limited in Nigeria

Position Overview

The Safety Organizer is in charge of the reliability and honesty and reliability of all safety tools.  He is in charge of all preventive servicing & maintenance on safety tools on board (as per list below), ensure the client engagement and bring to attention all deviation with Organisation’s standardized processes. He is to assist management to possess a prompt aspiration of the Health, safety, and environment initiatives and performances in the various sites.

Methods:

• Recognizes recurrent corrective servicing & maintenance interventions, evaluation them and suggests enhancements. 
• Warns assist teams of any recurring challenges connected with the accessibility or quality of spare parts. 
• Observes the functioning of safety tools, in accordance with significant parameters of the bundles.

QA:

Confirms the quality of interventions by regular in-field checks

Qualifications

• HND qualification or Certification - Higher national diploma/HNC (A-levels + 3 years study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent, or related experience of more than 15 years connected with Health, safety, and environment in the Oil&Gas.
• 5 years of expertise in Oil&Gas processes site
• Specific occupational expertise in Health, safety, and environment connected with Oil&Gas initiatives, like but not only:
• Certification for checking extinguisher on annually basis.
• Certification for checking life jacket
• Certification for checking and running test the separating breathing apparatus 
• Certification for checking the safety harness
• Certification for checking the foam system on the FWP
• Certification for checking the gas sensor
