About the Position

We are seeking a adaptable and technology-savvy specialist to manage both IT systems support processes and social platforms management to strengthen our showroom processes and online presence.

Position Overview

The IT systems support & Social media personnel will be in charge of making sure smooth tech processes inside the showroom while also coordinating the corporate identity’s online presence. This dual position requires robust analytical abilities, client support onboarding, and creativeness in digital promotion.

Social platforms Management:

• Formulate and oversee the showroom’s social platforms pages (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• Produce compelling content to advance Thermocool goods, proposals, and marketing.
• Take action promptly to client questions and comments on social media.
• Strategy and implement digital promotional initiatives to lead showroom foot traffic and sales.
• Track and evaluate social platforms effectiveness and offer documentation with advancement strategic guidance.
• Work alongside the business development team to align social platforms campaigns with showroom initiatives.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bsc in IT, Computer Science, Promotion, or relevant field (OND/Higher national diploma acceptable with expertise).
• Demonstrated expertise in IT systems support/IT assistance.
• Practical experience with hardware, relationship building, and diagnosing issues.
• Competence in social platforms channels and digital promotion platforms.
• Innovative abilities in graphics or visual content editing (Canva, Photoshop, etc. is a plus).
• Clear expression and people skills.
• Task juggling skill and balance technical and innovative duty productively.
• Client support-oriented with a initiative-driven mentality.
