Data & Growth Evaluator at Coinbox Limited in Gbagada, Lagos

Position Overview

The Data & Growth Evaluator will track and evaluate growth indicators, appointments, and income. They will build dashboards, produce findings, and endorse optimizations to enhance functional performance and promotion effectiveness.

Primary duties

• Track number of associates onboarded and route coverage.
• Track installs, appointments, income, and user relation routine.
• Build dashboards for executive guidance team.
• Offer practical findings for promotion, ops, and product.
• Recognize bottlenecks and endorse optimizations
• Build predictive models for customer conversion and retention practices.
• Carry out A/B running test for marketing and product capabilities.
• Evaluate client journeys to recognize transformation drop-off points.
• Offer findings into pricing plans and income optimization.
• Track lifetime value (LTV) vs. customer conversion cost (CAC).
• Assist financial funding and capital raising endeavors with analytics-based growth documentation.

Credentials & Qualifications

• At least an Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree academic qualification in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant field.
• 6 years of expertise in business intelligence, ideally in startups or technology/financial technology.
• SQL, Excel/Sheets, BI resources (Tableau, Power BI).
• Robust issue resolution and critical thinking.
• Expertise with product/promotion data analysis (Google Data analysis, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Capability to convert sophisticated data into practical findings.
• Expertise operating with cross-operational teams to boost expansion.
