Remuneration and Perks Manager at Palmpay Limited in Opebi, Ikeja - Lagos

Position Overview

The Remuneration & Perks Manager will be in charge of conceptualizing, executing, and coordinating PalmPay’s remuneration and perks programs to draw in, retain, and motivate high performer. This position requires a strategic Human resources specialist with in-depth understanding in incentive management, pay systems, reward programs, and statutory adherence, especially inside the financial solutions/financial technology sector.

Perks Management:

• Supervise employee perks programs (healthcare, pension, depart rules, wellness programs, etc.).
• Ensure statutory adherence with Nigerian work legal provisions and other relevant rules across PalmPay’s markets.
• Assess and bargain with external perks vendors (HMOs, coverage firms, pension administrators).
• Formulate and execute new advantage programs that improve employee relation and retention.
