Technical Customer experience assistant at Expert Listing Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

The Technical Customer experience assistant will offer frontline assist to users of the organization’s operational base, helping with system problems, leading clients on operational base usage, and making sure a smooth UX. The position includes diagnosing issues, addressing client queries, documenting initiatives, and partnering with technical teams, while operating on a change-based timetable to guarantee uninterrupted assist.

Escalation & Partnership:

• Recognize sophisticated concerns that require escalation to higher-level technical teams.
• Collaborate with developers and PMs to convey recurring concerns.
• Check in with clients to guarantee escalated concerns are settled okay.

At least Credentials

• Bsc or certification in Information Tech, Computer Science, or arelated site
• 2 years of expertise in IT assistance, client support, or IT helpdesk positions.
• Capability to operate on a change-based timetable as necessary.
• Robust analytical abilities with meticulousness.
• Clear articulation competencies and service-oriented mindset.

Competencies / Skills:

• Skilled in diagnosing issues software and online-enabled channels.
• Capable to quickly learn and offer assistance on property tech resources.
• Proficient in using MS Workspace, CRM, and ticketing operational structures.
• Robust verbal and professional writing competencies.
