Collaborate with corporate decision-makers and PMs to recognize learning needs in sync with organisational and project key focuses.
Design and supply technical, behavioural, and executive guidance development programs that build staff ability.
Formulate and execute ability frameworks, accreditation pathways, and career advancement models for engineering and project positions.
Deliver session needs evaluation and oversee the yearly development calendar, interventions, and development roadmaps.
Oversee connections with development vendors, technical institutes, and specialist bodies to guarantee programme quality and significance.
Track and assess development performance using ROI, ability evaluations, and efficiency boost indicators.
Assist human resource management and succession organizing by coordinating organized development programs for critical positions.
Guarantee adherence with customer, binding, and industry development qualifications, preserving precise and audit-prepared records.
Leverage digital learning channels and creative dispatch methods to boost engagement and information exchange.
Supply all L&D programs within authorized financial plans, delivering cost effectiveness through vendor management and asset optimisation.

Bsc in HR, Education, Business Management, or relevant field.
Accreditation with a applicable specialist body (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, ATD) is a plus.
5 – 7 years’ Professional growth expertise in an EPC environment, with a established history of influential learning interventions.
Deep knowledge of ability frameworks, technical development, and qualifications.
Competence in MS Workspace, LMS, e-learning resources, and digital learning technical solutions.
Robust logical, status updates, and project coordination competencies.
Stakeholder engagement & shaping competencies.
Capability to oversee financial plans and vendors productively.
