Position Overview
The Cost Consultant will be in charge of duty connected with expense management, Project setup of Financial plans for Capital Projects, cost management, cost organizing, bargain, Project organizing and Project Cost status updates. This includes responsibility for communication link with Project Workspace, Offers and Agreement administration team and other business processes.
Position Description
- Procurement Planning process and composing pricing mechanisms
- Project setup of thorough Invoice of Quantities
- Measurement, extraction of quantities from operating drawings, and cost evaluation
- Directing projects and Physical measurements in-field
- Project setup of Interim Appraisal for stage payment
- Project setup of Invoice of Materials
- Project setup of Basis of Measurement
- Measurement of quantities from operating drawings
- Physical Measurement in-field
- Produce financial plans using agreement pricing and evaluate pricing and engineering data.
- Offer unedited material projections and cost evaluation for executive review.
Qualifications Education:
A Academic qualification or its equivalent requiring at least a 2.2 in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or relevant field. Masters Academic qualification Preferred.
Expertise:
- 5- 7 years of expertise in expense management, cost estimating, or project finance based positions.
