Your Effect

• As the Top level Technical consultant - Institutional Capacity Strengthening and Transformational Executive guidance, you will lead Pathfinder’s worldwide endeavors to build resilient, adaptive, top-performing institutions and strengthen local capacity.
• You will shape and assist country workspaces, sub-associates, and national governments in strengthening their operational structures and executive guidance to assist the entire well-being of women and girls.
• Status updates straight to the Director Business Development and Strategic collaborations, you will collaborate with the Director of Business Development and Strategic collaborations, the Top level Collaboration Consultants, and other Top level Technical Consultants to role Pathfinder as a thought leader in institutional capacity strengthening and transformational executive guidance.
• This comprises elevating Pathfinder’s visibility in the worldwide development arena, optimizing strategic collaborations, and supporting to asset mobilization endeavors.

Capacity Building:

Collaborate with the Financial planning and Status updates Manager to offer learning to country administrative team to enhance the finance Management capacity of employees.

QA & Cross-Team Partnership:

• Assist learning schedules, MEL frameworks, and results tracking operational structures that evaluate corporate capacity and executive guidance results.
• Work alongside Pathfinder’s Top level Technical Consultants, Gender and Community-related Addition specialists, and Creative invention and Learning teams to record industry standards and lead synergies across programming.
• Promote internal cross-learning and consolidation across thematic and geographic zones.

What You Bring

• Bsc in Business improvement, Community health, Community-related Sciences, Public Management, Development Studies, Business Management or a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of progressive expertise in international development with a robust concentration on institutional capacity strengthening, compliance, or operational structures transformation.
• Proven expertise operating with national governments, local Nonprofit organizations, and sub-associates in designing and executing large-scale institutional development or public sector strengthening programs.
• Understanding with SRHR programs and cross-sectoral consolidation in health, education, gender, and community-related protection.
• Verified ability to shape and engage at top level levels of government, donors, and multi-party entities.
• Robust expertise in proposal design and technical drafting for USAID, FCDO, GIZ, BMGF, and other key donors.
• Prior expertise in operating across various countries or regional situations, ideally in Sub-Saharan Africa or South Asia.
• Proven drafting and speaking competencies using English language.

Preferred Credentials:

• MSC in Community health, Community-related Sciences or a relevant field, or a integration of education and expertise that returns the necessary skills.
• Expertise executing or advising non - USAID-financed capacity development programs.
• Previous expertise with locally guided development approaches and system-thinking models.
• Proven drafting and speaking competencies in French, Portuguese, Arabic preferred.
• Exhibited capability to promote welcoming and equitable executive guidance and workplace culture.
