Primary duties

• Food Project setup and Cooking: Organize and chef a range of dishes according to standard recipes and quality standard procedures. Verify that every food items are properly cleaned, cut, and readied for cooking.
• Kitchen Servicing & maintenance: Preserve a clean, structured, and sanitary kitchen at all times. Follow all food safety and hygiene rules.
• Stock Management: Track food inventory and stock levels, helping with placing orders for ingredients as needed.
• Partnership: Collaborate with other kitchen employees to guarantee smooth and prompt service.
• Quality assurance: Taste and examine all food to guarantee it meets quality benchmarks before being served.
