Duties

• Preserving a positive, empathetic, and specialist mindset toward clients at all times.
• Responding promptly to client questions.
• Sharing information with clients via multiple platforms.
• Recognizing and addressing client service issues.
• Knowing our goods inside and out so that you can response questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of client engagements, financial record, comments, and service issues.
• Sharing information and managing with teammates as necessary.
• Offering response on the effectiveness of the client support process.
• Coordinating a team of entry-level client support delegates.
• Ensure client fulfillment and offer specialist client assistance.

Qualifications

Applicants should have applicable credentials with expertise. Applicant should be someone who possesses performed in Shipping / Logistic industry.
