Position Overview

The HR Generalist plays a vital function in assisting the full employee lifecycle, from hiring process and orientation to workplace engagement and regulatory framework execution. The position associates closely with recruiting managers and worldwide enterprise solutions executive guidance to guarantee strategic alignment of Human resources programs with strategic objectives.

Duties

  • Help the Worldwide enterprise Solutions executive team to recognize budgeted hiring requirements in alignment with staff strategies.
  • Oversee full-cycle hiring process, which includes role summary development, marketing openings, procurement and screening applicants, managing interviews, and getting ready proposal letters and orientation communications.
  • Organize a smooth orientation process by getting ready necessary recordkeeping, planning orientations, and coordinating with possessing applicable departments to guarantee a positive first-day expertise.
  • Execute managerial duty which includes new-employ onboarding logistics, records entry into the Personnel Information System (HRIS), carrying out exit interviews, and engaging in consistent Human resources audits for adherence and information accuracy.
  • Offer devoted Human resources consultative assist to staff and leadership on concerns connected with absenteeism, office health, carry out, employee concerns, structural transformation, and other workplace engagement matters.
  • Coordinate with external Human resources advisors or vendors for special projects, as needed, to assist strategic Human resources programs.
  • Help in analyzing, updating, and sharing information Human resources rules and standardized processes, which includes the employee handbook and directory.
  • Work jointly with the Human resources team to design and execute strategic Human resources programs that assist organisation targets.

Expertise:

  • 3-5 years demonstrated expertise as an Human resources Generalist, Human resources Expert, or in a similar Human resources position
  • Solid understanding of work legal provisions, Human resources rules, and adherence rules
  • Improved expertise in HRIS, candidate tracking operational structures (ATS) and capability to learn new technical operational structures, as required.

  • Skilled in using resources like Excel spreadsheet software, PowerPoint, and Word.
