Analysis Personnel Partner Executive at The Concept Group in Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a proficient Analysis Personnel Partner Executive to assist the Top level Analysis Personnel Partner to lead a analytics-based approach to human resource management, blending conductual science, corporate psychology, and staff data analysis.

Core tasks

• Design and Curate Evaluations: Recognize, assess, and execute best-in-class psychometric, conductual, and situational tests to measure key attributes which includes Lead, Critical Thinking, Humility, and Emotional Intelligence.
• Skilled Analysis and Confirmation: Assist R-HRBP to test and confirm evaluations that forecast strong results in our circumstance.
• Analytics-based Recruiting Plan: Evaluate evaluation outcomes and relate them with KPIs, effectiveness assessments, and retention results to guide recruiting decisions.
• Enhance Application journey: Ensure running test is compelling, welcoming, and respectful of applicant time.
• Strategic Human resources Collaboration: Advise managers and senior leaders on evidence-based hiring process and skill building decisions.
• Uninterrupted Creative invention: Stay forward of international developments in skilled science, corporate psychology, and Human resources tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MSC in Human resources, Corporate Psychology, Industrial-Corporate Psychology, HR, or associated fields
• No Practical experience with psychometric resources, SJTs, cognitive running test, or relation measures is essential
• Accreditation in skilled evaluation, psychometrics, or a relevant field is a added advantage
• Strategic thinker with capability to convert findings into practical initiatives
• Clear articulation and people skills
• Cooperative mentality with capability to operate with multifaceted participants
• Enthusiasm for creative invention and uninterrupted learning
