Explanation

To formulate and execute plans to enhance non-fuel income streams, concentrating on diversification and profit margin. This position requires a solid experience in business development, financial evaluation, and connection management.

Duties

• Ensure efficient management of NFR business chain (e.g. Sweets, Auto-workshop and property).
• Track and track upcoming retails outlets with NFR space for commercial opportunities.
• Work jointly with the Group Chief, In-store Sales around the strategic development of NFR businesses.
• Formulate new NFR creative thoughts and strategic collaborations in addition to enhance and/or expand on current business.
• Keep track of new progress updates in all NFR business chain in the local and worldwide downstream industry.
• Ensure income and growth targets for NFR channels are accomplished.
• Ensures efficient communication link with NFR participants for wanted outcomes.
• Recognize and adopt new lucrative strategic collaborations for NFR.
• Ensures efficient communication link possessing applicable within and outside the organization in-store/NFR participants/clients for wanted outcomes.
• Track payment from all NFR channels amongst others.

Qualifications

Certification: Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Community-related Science or associated courses. At least Three (3) Years Non-Fuel Income Executive ideally in similar company.
