Position Explanation

Are you fluent in the language of premium experience, style, and digital narrative creation? Our high-end fashion boutique in Maitama is looking for a Social media personnel with keen attention to detail for beauty therapy and a enthusiasm for producing scroll-stopping content that captivates and changes.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement a cohesive social platforms plan across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels
• Curate and produce visually stunning content that reflects the corporate identity’s elegance and exclusivity
• Oversee routine posting, relation, and group building with followers and influencers
• Work alongside stylists and professional shooters to generate premium quality marketing and behind-the-scenes content
• Track data analysis and practices to improve efficiency and grow corporate identity visibility
• Organize social platforms coverage for retail events, product launches, and VIP experiences

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years’ expertise in social platforms management, ideally in fashion or premium experience lifestyle
• Robust graphics narrative creation competencies and a refined aesthetic sense
• Competence in content formation resources (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Outstanding drafting and verbal abilities
• Capability to operate independently and thrive in a dynamic, style-driven environment
• Understanding with influencer promotion and paid ad plans will be an added advantage.
