Position Overview

We are seeking a inspired and meticulous IT systems support Officer with a enthusiasm for tech, issue resolution, and client support. You will be in charge of offering first-level IT assistance to employees, diagnosing issues software & hardware concerns, and making sure smooth daily IT processes.

Duties What You’ll Do:

• Offer first-line IT assistance to employees through phone, email, or in person.
• Install, set up, and preserve hardware, software, and network connectivity platforms.
• Diagnose issues and settle basic IT concerns (e.g., network access, login, and system errors).
• Help in setting up new user accounts, profiles, and entry permissions.
• Assist the servicing & maintenance of IT assets, stock, and recordkeeping.
• Report to higher support tier sophisticated concerns to top level IT employees as required.
• Guarantee adherence with IT rules, standardized processes, and guard industry standards.
• Offer assistance for sessions and virtual conferencing resources.
