Driver at Skyline International Tourism and Hospitality (SITH) Limited in Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Driver to transport customers, goods, or materials to and from specified sites in a safe and efficient timeframe. The preferred candidate will possess a valid driving permit, a clean pushing document, and outstanding navigation competencies.

Duties

• Operate organisation vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Follow all traffic legal provisions, safety rules, and organisation rules.
• Transport passengers, goods, or tools to allocated destinations.
• Execute standard procedure vehicle inspections and servicing & maintenance (e.g., checking oil, tire pressure).
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-preserved at all times.
• Load and unload cargo or help passengers, if necessary.
• Preserve precise records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
• Documentation vehicle faults, accidents, or violations promptly.
• Liaise with dispatchers, supervisors, or customers regarding trip status reports.
• Ensure timeliness and competence at all times.

Qualifications

• At least an SSCE or First Academic qualification in any site.
• At least 4 years as a driver.
• Clean pushing document.
• Good expertise in local routes and road rules.
• Capability to read GPS and follow navigation directions.
• Physical capability to load/unload cargo or help passengers if necessary.
• Good interpersonal and verbal abilities.
• High level of reliability and timeliness.
