Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and initiative-driven Data governance Employees to supervise and preserve our customer DB, oversee online sales methods, and ensure smooth digital processes across our channels.

Primary duties

• Modify and preserve customer DB (phone numbers, birthdates, deals with, etc.).
• Oversee online sales processing through website and other channels.
• Manage and modify Google My Business profile.
• Ensure precise recordkeeping and secure storage of customer information.
• Produce documentation from data to assist strategic judgment.
• Assist the business promotion & sales team with precise client information.
• Diagnose issues and settle data-associated concerns.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years demonstrated expertise in data governance, CRM, or associated positions.
• Robust competence in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and DB resources.
• Expertise with website sales processing and e-commerce channels.
• Outstanding corporate and verbal abilities.
• Capability to pay meticulousness and manage sensitive data with secrecy.
