Checker - Internal Regulate, Premium Edible Oil Goods Limited at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc in Ibadan, Oyo

Position Objective

To guarantee that internal regulate methods are productively tracked to reduce losses/ wastages.

Responsiblities

•  Physical confirmation of local inventory at stores/workspaces and treatment of vendors’ waybills in line with Internal Regulate standardized processes.
• Witness diesel receipts and routine diesel dipping and issuing to generators, trucks, tankers, cranes, Hiab and forklifts, etc. & also move from diesel tank to Refinery and Power Plant.
• Witness Hexane receipts and routine Hexane dipping and preserve an precise document
• Witness unedited materials receipt, move, evacuation, and loading of finished goods and preserve an precise document
• Record inventory materials on the store supervising register.
• Confirmation of shipping/loading documents on Axapta at exit gates in all business sites.
• In the case of bagged & bulk goods, resolve gate pass quantity, weighbridge docket net weight, and billed quantity for accuracy.
• Check the net weight of loaded trucks to guarantee they are inside the authorized tolerance range.
• Preserve load-out documentation in hard and soft copies.
• Execute a physical count of returned goods and document the same in a register.
• Check scrap load-out in the business site.
• Observe every month stock count.

Credentials / Expertise

5 O-level Credits which includes English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings. At least 2 years’ cognate expertise.

The person must possess:

• Possess effective communication competencies (spoken communication and documented).
• Possess meticulousness and precision in document keeping.
• Be physically suit to manage lifting, organizing, and inventory movement.
• Possess basic computer expertise (MS Excel or stock software is a plus).
