Position Objective

• The Graphic designer is in charge of generating premium quality, influential creative assets that tells captivating stories, enhances the purpose of the GATEWAY Programme, and engages digital target groups.
• This position blends creativeness with plan, concentrating on both agile video and powerful photo content.
• The associate will formulate and produce a variety of assets, from short-form community-related videos and photo series to mini-documentaries and captivating portraits of recipients.
• They will leverage digital narrative creation, social platforms fluency, and specialized skill in both videography and photography to highlight GATEWAY's effect, especially among young women, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and displaced youth.
• Ultimately, the work will lead visibility, shape, and programme involvement by making sure every graphics asset is strategic, genuine, and emotionally resonant.

Credentials Education:

A Bsc in Multimedia Generation, Communications, or a relevant field.

Expertise:

• 5 – 8 years of industry experience in video content formation, with a robust concentration on digital and social platforms marketing.
• A strong project sample or showreel demonstrating a multifaceted range of video content, especially short-form social platforms videos and influential narrative creation.
• Demonstrated expertise in a communications or marketing-attentive environment, ideally during the formation or non-profit sector.

Competencies & Skills:

• Technical expertise: Specialist-level competence with video generation and editing software, which includes Adobe Premiere Pro, Concluding Cut Pro, or DaVinci Settle. Understanding with animated visuals software like Adobe After Outcomes will be an added advantage.
• Narrative creation: A exhibited capability to craft captivating visual stories and tell genuine stories that link emotionally with viewers.
• Social platforms fluency: A strong insight of how social platforms algorithms work and an capability to produce content that can accomplish virality and maximise reach.
• Meticulousness: A sharp perception for graphics structure, sound design, and entire video quality.
• Project coordination: Outstanding schedule control and coordination abilities, with the capability to oversee various projects at the same time and meet rigid due dates.
