IT systems support Expert at Coniah Systems Support Limited in Yaba, Lagos

Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient and initiative-driven IT systems support Expert to join our small IT team (2–3 members) assisting a user base of approximately 250 employees. The preferred candidate will possess robust practical experience with Microsoft operational structures, steward management, and network diagnosing issues, in addition to the capability to offer outstanding user assist in a dynamic environment.

Primary duties

• Install, set up, preserve, and diagnose issues digital infrastructure, operating operational structures, and application software.
• Oversee and track Technology infrastructure, which includes servers, User access directory, Exchange, printers, photocopiers, and user devices.
• Deliver promptly 1st and 2nd-level assist to final users across the company.
• Preserve and assist Microsoft Exchange and enterprise communication tone/teamwork platforms.
• Proactively ensure high accessibility, effectiveness, guard, and reliability of operational structures and networks.
• Track application and system effectiveness, recognize concerns, and execute initiatives in partnership with vendors and developers.
• Execute and oversee guard, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
• Manage records, IT rules, and standardized processes.
• Work alongside team members and coordinate with external vendors to settle system problems.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have a Bsc
• At least 2 years’ practical experience in IT systems support or operational structures management.
• Qualifications which includes Cisco (Cisco certified network associate/CCNP) and Microsoft (MCITP/MCSA/MCSE) are firmly preferred.
• Reliable background coordinating Microsoft Windows operating operational structures and User access directory Domain Solutions.
• Practical expertise with Microsoft Exchange steward management.
• Solid understanding of LAN setup, setup, and diagnosing issues.
• Understanding with data networks and network diagnosing issues resources.
• Outstanding analytical abilities with meticulousness.
• Robust interpersonal, information exchange, and collaborative ability.
• Capability to assign priorities to tasks, work with little to no supervision, and deliver within strict timelines.
