Position Summaries
- In charge of coordinating debt recovery in line with the customer’s rules and methods.
- This comprises interacting with clients to recover obligations, discussing terms repayment strategies, preserving precise records, and making sure adherence with legal & regulatory qualifications.
- Some client engagements may occur outside consistent operating hours.
Primary duties
- Implement debt recovery actions using authorized operational structures and standard procedures.
- Reach out clients via multiple platforms to guide them of their debt status and recovery steps.
- Bargain realistic and affordable repayment strategies.
- Report to higher support tier key concerns or findings to the Recovery Effectiveness Manager.
- Verify that every actions match with compliance guidelines, client care principles, and organisation rules.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ expertise in debt recovery.
- Solid understanding of collections and lawful recovery methods.
- Expertise operating with finance Management operational structures.
- Comprehension of client care principles and adherence qualifications.
