Duties

• Head and scale a top-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Strategize and implement the data science roadmap in sync to business key focuses and monetisation avenues.
• Supervise the comprehensive model lifecycle—from ideation, exploration, development, confirmation, to supervising.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Technical groups to combine models into digital and business channels.
• Establish guidelines for model compliance, explainability, and ethical AI procedures.
• Foster creativity by exploring emerging methods in creative AI, reinforcement learning, and instantaneous scoring.

Credentials Education:

Bsc in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a associated quantitative site. Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, Submitted application Mathematics, Econometrics, or AI (firmly preferred).

Expertise:

• 8–12 years of expertise in data science, machine learning, or improved data analysis positions.
• At least 3 years in a executive guidance or executive capacity.
• Established history of supplying AI/ML models in generation environments—ideally in Financial technology, Banking, or Telecoms.
• Expertise translating sophisticated data science initiatives into measurable business results (e.g., credit scoring, fraud discovery, churn projection).
• Exposure to cloud-based ML channels which includes AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI.
